Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These Terms govern AI Rap Video at ai-rapvideo.io, operated by AI Rap Video Team in the United States (“we” or “us”). “You” means the person using the service or the organization they are authorized to represent. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. Accepting these Terms
Read these Terms before creating an account, submitting a generation or purchasing credits. By proceeding after being presented with these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use those features. Accepting these Terms does not itself provide optional consent to public display, marketing or processing that separately requires consent.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account, use the generator, upload media or make a purchase. People under 18 must not submit personal information or media, even with parent or guardian permission. Meet any higher minimum age required where you live. A purchase must be made and authorized by an adult eligible to use PayPal; do not use another person’s account or payment method without permission.
Generation and purchases require an account. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and do not share or resell account access. You are responsible for the use you authorize. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access so we can investigate. Do not use another person’s account or payment method without permission. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to accept these Terms for it.
3. Generation and delivery
AI Rap Video creates short AI-generated performance videos through two workflows. Quick Clip places authorized photos into a template with prepared actions, scenes, camera structure and audio selected by that template. Rap to Video combines an authorized performer photo with a user-selected segment of an existing song to create a short generated performance. The specific template or scene, required and optional media, duration, quality, aspect ratio, output format and credit cost are the options shown in the interface before submission. Outputs are generated scenes, not authentic recordings of the people shown. The service does not create an original song, beat, lyrics or cloned voice.
Only the options and requirements displayed for the selected workflow at submission are included in that task. A template, duration, quality, aspect ratio or feature shown elsewhere, in an example or in an earlier version is not promised unless it is available and selected in the submission interface. Processing times are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Models, queues and provider moderation can affect availability and completion. We may change providers, templates or supported features, subject to the protections for paid credits below.
AI may change likeness, clothing, hands, background details or mouth movement. Outputs may not be unique or match examples exactly. Review the complete video before sharing it. Minor visual differences and personal preference do not automatically make a completed task a failure. The limited quality-review credit policy below applies to specified serious result issues; this limitation does not remove statutory rights.
For a completed task, request a quality review within 48 hours if a required main performer is completely missing or clearly replaced by another identity; the selected Quick Clip template’s core preset performance or scene is wholly absent; Rap to Video uses the wrong selected song segment or has no recognizable audio track; or the delivered file is wrong, unplayable or materially corrupted. If our review confirms the issue, we return the credits consumed by that task. Each task can receive one quality-review credit return. Returned credits are not a cash refund, and a new generation remains subject to AI variation. Minor differences in face, hands, clothing, background or supporting people; imperfect lip sync, movement, audio rendering or style; and personal aesthetic preference do not automatically qualify.
For the difference between returned credits and cash refunds, see our Refund Policy.
A submitted generation cannot be cancelled or deleted while it is still running. Closing the browser does not cancel it or release its reserved credits. After the task completes or fails, you can delete it in My Creations to remove its first-party stored files. Download a copy of completed videos you want to keep.
4. Media, music and likeness permissions
The generator accepts only media submitted by an adult aged 18 or older. Every identifiable person in a main, supporting or scene role must be an adult who agreed to the requested AI character and performance generation, and you must have the right to use every photograph and likeness. For Rap to Video, you must own or have all permissions needed for the sound recording or master, the underlying musical composition and lyrics, the featured performers’ voices and performances, and any other protected material in the selected segment. Those permissions must cover uploading, hosting, copying, analyzing, cropping, converting and synchronizing the segment with generated video, as well as delivering and using the resulting file as you intend. Do not upload minors, celebrities or public figures, even if the media is publicly available.
The right to possess, stream or upload a song does not necessarily include synchronization, advertising, commercial-use, publicity or endorsement rights. Permission to generate a video likewise does not automatically include permission to publish it, monetize it, run it as an advertisement or commercially use a person’s likeness or voice. You are responsible for obtaining the rights required for your intended output use and keeping any authorization records required by law. We or a provider may reject a request despite your claimed permission. Do not bypass a rejection by misrepresenting the subject or submitting altered identifiers.
5. Credits and payment
- One-time purchases: credit packs are priced in USD and paid through PayPal. They do not start a subscription or automatically renew.
- Monthly subscriptions: monthly plans are priced in USD and use a PayPal automatic-payment or subscription agreement presented at checkout. The displayed charge repeats each month until canceled. Each successful initial or renewal payment grants the credits shown for that billing period. No monthly plan is active unless PayPal presents and the payer approves the recurring terms.
- Subscription cancellation: use the subscription-management link provided by the service when available, or manage the merchant under PayPal Settings → Payments → Subscriptions and saved businesses or Automatic Payments. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the checkout or PayPal states otherwise. Access and unexpired credits for the paid period continue under the plan rules until that period or the applicable credit-expiry period ends. Canceling does not itself refund the current charge or restore consumed credits. Review PayPal’s official automatic-payment cancellation guide.
- Plan changes: if upgrades or downgrades are offered, the confirmation screen must show the new price, credit allocation, effective date and any immediate charge or credit before approval. An upgrade may take effect immediately if the user accepts the displayed adjustment; a downgrade normally takes effect at the next renewal. If no change option is offered, cancel the existing PayPal automatic payment and choose an available plan after the paid period ends.
- Failed renewals: PayPal may retry a failed recurring payment under the automatic-payment agreement. We do not grant the new period’s credits until payment is confirmed and may pause subscription benefits while payment remains unsuccessful. Repeated failure may end the subscription without deleting the account, task history or separately purchased credits. Any retry schedule is controlled by the checkout and PayPal disclosures.
- Costs: each workflow shows its required credits before submission. Cost can vary by template, duration, quality or another displayed option. Optional media changes the cost only when the interface expressly says so. The displayed confirmation for the selected task controls.
- Reservation and settlement: we reserve the required credits on submission. Successful generation consumes them; failed or blocked renders release them to your balance. A credit return is not a refund to your payment method. Contact support if a failed task has not been credited back.
- Expiry: purchased PayPal pack credits have no scheduled expiry. Each monthly billing period creates a separate subscription-credit grant, and each grant expires 60 days after its own issue date, including after cancellation. This is not a promise that the combined balance rolls over for two billing cycles; older and newer grants keep their own expiry dates. Credits can be consumed, refunded or reversed sooner. Promotional or gift credits can have separate expiry rules shown when granted and cannot be refunded for cash.
- Account use: credits are for this service, are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash except for refunds expressly provided here or required by law.
- Payment adjustments: refunded or reversed payments revoke the corresponding unused credits. We may investigate payment disputes and restrict affected access while preserving applicable consumer rights.
Review the checkout total, billing interval, taxes and any payment-provider conversion charges before approving payment. We do not add undisclosed charges. Pack-price changes apply to future purchases. Subscription-price changes apply only to future billing periods after the advance notice required by law or the payment provider; you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Changes to generation costs are disclosed before new submissions and do not retroactively change settled tasks.
6. Cash refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains eligibility, requests, payment processing and shutdown refunds. The main rules are set out below.
You may request a full refund of a one-time pack payment or the first monthly subscription payment within seven days (168 hours) after that payment completed, provided none of the credits issued for that payment have been consumed. Automatic renewals do not receive another voluntary change-of-mind refund window, and forgetting to cancel is not by itself grounds for a refund. Duplicate or incorrect charges, unresolved service defects, unauthorized-payment claims and refunds required by law are assessed separately. Canceling prevents future renewals but is not itself a refund request. Eligibility is based on the credits issued for the specific refundable payment, not simply the overall account balance. Failed-task reservations that were fully released do not count as consumed credits.
To request a refund:
- Email support@ai-rapvideo.io. Preferably send the email from your account address. Include your order identifier if available and state your request.
- If you cannot access your account or find an identifier, contact us within the seven-day period with the purchase details you have. We may ask for more information to verify the purchase and your authority. Do not include passwords or full payment credentials.
Refunds are reviewed manually; there is no self-service refund button.
If credits are reserved by a pending task, we must establish its outcome before confirming eligibility. A request does not freeze credits; a later successful generation using that pack can affect eligibility. Avoid new submissions while your request is under review.
Approved cash refunds are sent through the processor used for the purchase and back to the original payment method where available. Current purchases use PayPal, so their refunds are normally initiated through PayPal. The credits issued for the refunded payment are removed. Ordinary change-of-mind requests after seven days, after any credits from a refundable payment were consumed, or for an automatic renewal are not eligible under this voluntary policy. Duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized-payment claims, service defects and refunds required by applicable law are assessed separately.
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal or service-quality rights. We do not treat accepting these Terms or submitting a generation as a blanket waiver of such rights. Where an express request to begin performance and a separate acknowledgment are legally required, those requirements must be met before relying on any exception to withdrawal rights.
7. Content rights and limited processing permission
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your photos, songs, sound recordings, musical works, performances and other uploaded content. We do not claim ownership of your lawful inputs or generated contributions. You may share or use a generated video commercially only if you have the rights and permissions needed for every included photo, likeness, voice, recording, composition, lyric, trademark and intended use, and comply with applicable law and the destination platform’s rules. Outputs may not qualify for copyright protection, may resemble other outputs and are not guaranteed to be exclusive. These Terms do not grant third-party permissions or guarantee clearance for publication, monetization, advertising or another use.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, copy, analyze, crop, convert, synchronize, process, adapt, transmit and deliver the photos, songs, sound recordings, selected segments, task settings, character references, processed audio, intermediate files and outputs involved in your request. This permission is limited to generating and delivering the requested video, maintaining your private library, providing support, preventing abuse, securing and operating the service, and meeting legal obligations. It includes processing by the providers described in the Privacy Policy, lasts only as needed for those purposes and the applicable retention period, and is not a permanent or unrestricted right to reuse, publish, sell or train on your content.
AI Rap Video Team will never use your photos, songs, character references or videos to train or fine-tune AI models. This commitment covers our own use of your media. Model requests go through Kie API and, for Rap to Video final segments when configured, may go through APImart; we have not verified equivalent commitments covering every underlying model operator or copy. Our Privacy Policy explains the limits of those assurances. Public use of a final video in our examples, social posts or marketing requires separate optional authorization for that video and use. Refusal does not affect generation. You may withdraw permission by contacting us. We do not publicly display input media or content depicting minors.
For provider processing and retention details, see our Privacy Policy.
A selected model or provider may impose technical, safety or content restrictions in addition to these Terms. Those restrictions can cause a request to be rejected, but they do not transfer to you rights in music, likenesses or other third-party material and do not prove that an accepted request is lawful. If a provider term materially affects an available paid feature, we will disclose the relevant limitation in the interface or an applicable service notice.
Our software, interface, branding and documentation remain ours or their respective owners’. These Terms give you permission to use the service, not to copy or resell its software or account access. When publishing outputs, follow the destination platform’s rules and any applicable AI disclosure requirements. Do not present an AI-generated performance as an authentic recording or endorsement.
8. Prohibited use
- Unauthorized use of a person’s image, voice, privacy or other rights; deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, fraud, political deception or targeted harassment.
- Nudity, sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, hate, threats or content promoting violence or illegal activity.
- Using the service while under 18, or uploading a minor, celebrity, public figure, non-consenting person or voice, or media you do not have the right to use.
- Payment fraud, unauthorized payment methods, duplicate-account abuse of promotional credits or manipulation of credit and refund records.
- Bypassing moderation, access controls or service limits; accessing another user’s content; distributing malware; or disrupting the service.
- Reselling account access or using unauthorized automation to extract private data, abuse generation capacity or evade security restrictions.
You remain responsible for your authorized submissions and use of outputs. Provider moderation is an additional control, not proof that an accepted request is lawful or authorized.
9. Reports and appeals
Anyone, including a person depicted in an uploaded photo or generated video, can report unauthorized likeness use, infringement or other abuse to support@ai-rapvideo.io. Include a link to the video or its task identifier if known, a description of the issue, your contact information and supporting context. You can still report without a link or identifier. Do not attach or redistribute illegal material; provide its location or identifying information instead. We may ask for more information to verify a claim or your authority to act.
We review reports involving copyright, sound recordings, musical works, trademarks, likenesses, voices, privacy or other rights. We may restrict relevant access while investigating, coordinate with providers, remove content, disable outputs or suspend or terminate an account where justified. Repeated infringement, repeated attempts to bypass moderation or a single serious abuse can result in termination. Urgent safety, fraud and legal concerns may require immediate action. Where practical and permitted, we explain the decision to the affected user and offer a chance to correct a remediable problem. You may request reconsideration by replying to the notice or emailing support with the decision identifier and your explanation. Review times depend on urgency and available information; we do not promise a fixed response time for every report.
10. Account closure and service changes
You can stop using the service at any time and contact support to request account closure. If a PayPal subscription is enabled, account closure and deleting a task do not cancel its automatic-payment agreement; cancel future renewals through the provided management link or PayPal before closing the account. A task that is still being generated cannot be deleted. Deleting a completed or failed task from My Creations hides its database record from the library and requests removal of associated first-party files, with cleanup retried after storage errors. It does not immediately erase restricted database records, backups, third-party copies or browser drafts. Voluntary closure does not automatically create a refund outside the rules above.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. When feasible, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent cases may require immediate restriction. A restriction does not automatically forfeit all unused paid credits. We assess their treatment under these Terms and applicable law, taking account of payment reversals and established misuse. You may appeal through the support channel above.
Permanent shutdown refunds
If we permanently discontinue paid generation without a reasonably equivalent way to use remaining one-time-pack credits, we will notify affected users, provide a reasonable download window where technically and legally possible, and refund the unused paid portion of those one-time packs.
This one-time-pack shutdown refund is separate from the seven-day policy and is not limited to wholly unused packs. Subscription payments and subscription credits are not included in this formula; the shutdown notice will state the treatment of the then-current paid period under the checkout terms and applicable law.
For each purchase, the refund is calculated as follows: the amount paid for a one-time pack multiplied by that pack’s remaining unused, unrevoked credits, divided by the credits originally issued for that pack payment. The result is rounded to the nearest cent, with half cents rounded up.
- Credits already refunded or reversed are excluded, and the refund cannot exceed the purchase amount still unrefunded.
- Gift credits are excluded.
- Pending tasks must be settled or released before the final calculation.
Refunds use the original payment method where available, or another lawful arrangement if it is unavailable.
11. Warranties and liability
Except for our express commitments and rights that applicable law requires, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular likeness, unique output or a specific processing time. Third-party providers may change availability or reject requests.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer remedies, or overrides our express refund obligations. These limitations do not excuse fraud or willful misconduct. You do not waive non-waivable rights by using the service.
12. Updates and general terms
We will update the date when these Terms change. Material changes affecting paid services or your rights will receive advance website or email notice where required, with their effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued refund rights or grant new optional content permissions. If you do not accept an update, stop using the affected features and contact us about outstanding purchases. We will obtain renewed acceptance where required by law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the specific disclosures presented for a selected workflow or checkout form the agreement for the service and supersede earlier statements about the same subject. None overrides mandatory legal rights. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the lawful extent and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer the service agreement as part of a lawful reorganization, financing or sale if user rights and required notice are preserved. Payment, content permissions, applicable refunds, liability limits, dispute obligations and legal-compliance provisions survive closure to the extent needed to give them effect. For a dispute, contact support first to seek a resolution; this does not prevent either party from seeking remedies available under applicable law.
Formal service notices may be delivered to the email address associated with your account, through the service or on the relevant policy page where permitted. You are responsible for keeping your account email current. Legal notices to us must be sent to the support address below with enough information to identify the sender, issue and affected account or content. A governing-law clause, exclusive venue or arbitration agreement will not be inferred from this support process and must be separately stated after the operating legal entity and jurisdiction are confirmed.
